We are currently looking for an ambitious Sales Admin Assistant to support the web shop and our educational activities at our Dublin office. We hope to find someone to work in our team who has a strong interest in health and wellness. They must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of the Sales and Marketing team. 

Working closely with the Country Manager, the Sales Admin Assistant will assist us in all of our educational activities towards healthcare practitioners and retail staff.  They will help with a growing web store that sells our products nationwide. Some travel to events will be necessary but otherwise the position is full time in our office in Ballycoolin, D15.

Job description

• Coordinate and support the organisation of training events
• Processing and shipping orders for web shop and requests to trainers ( e.g POS material, samples, displays)
• Responsible for website activities and social media – working with our web task team on uploading newsletters, changes to web site, web shop and event listing, SEO

 

Qualifications
